Dream AI Studio Terms of Service Agreement

Please agree to the following terms to use Dream AI Studio services. These terms contain important matters regarding service usage.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users regarding the use of online services provided by Dream AI Studio (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  1. "Service" refers to the online platform and related services provided by Dream AI Studio.
  2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access this service and receive services according to these terms.
  3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the company and can continuously use the company's services.
  4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the service without membership registration.

Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)

  1. The company posts the contents of these terms on the initial screen of the service so that users can know them.
  2. The company may amend these terms within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
  3. When amending the terms, the application date and reason for amendment shall be specified and posted on the initial screen of the service along with the current terms from 7 days before the application date.
  4. The amended terms take effect from the time of posting, and the continued use of the service by existing users is considered consent to the amended terms.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

  1. The company performs the following tasks:
    1. Providing AI services and related content
    2. Development and provision of user-customized services
    3. Other additional services determined by the company
  2. The company may change the content of services to be provided in case of changes in technical specifications, and when changes are made, users will be notified through service announcements.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

  1. The company may temporarily suspend service provision in the following cases:
    1. System inspection, upgrade, or urgent system maintenance
    2. Communication service failure or data center problems
    3. Force majeure situations such as natural disasters or national emergencies
  2. In case of service interruption, the company will notify users as quickly as possible.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

  1. Users apply for membership registration by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the company and agreeing to these terms.
  2. The company may not approve membership registration applications in the following cases:
    1. When false or incomplete information is provided
    2. In case of minors (without consent of legal representatives)
    3. When there is a history of being sanctioned for violating service terms in the past

Article 7 (Member Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification)

  1. Members may request withdrawal at any time through account settings within the service.
  2. The company may restrict or suspend membership qualifications in the following cases:
    1. Registration of false information
    2. Non-payment of fees related to service use
    3. Interference with others' service use or information theft
    4. Acts that violate laws or terms
  3. The company cancels member registration when membership qualification is lost and provides an opportunity for clarification to the relevant member in this process.

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection)

  1. The company does its best to protect users' personal information.
  2. Collection and use of personal information are detailed in a separate privacy policy.
  3. Members have the right to view and modify their personal information at any time.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyright and intellectual property rights for content provided by the service belong to the company.
  2. Users cannot use the service content for commercial purposes without the company's prior consent.

Article 10 (Responsibility and Disclaimer)

  1. The company is not responsible for any damages related to services provided free of charge.
  2. The company is not responsible for service use disruptions due to users' fault.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes arising during service use shall be resolved through mutual consultation in principle.
  2. If consultation is not reached, dispute resolution may be requested from mediation organizations or courts according to relevant laws.

Article 12 (Governing Law)

Disputes regarding the interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 13 (Points and Payment)

  1. Payment types within the service are as follows:
    1. Point recharge (credit): Payment for recharging points to use AI services.
    2. Storybook custom order: Payment for custom ordering personalized storybooks generated by AI.
  2. Regulations for use and refund of recharged points
    1. The usage period and refundable period for recharged points are limited to within 1 year from the payment date.
    2. Refund period: Refunds are only possible within 7 days after purchase and only if points have not been used.

Article 14 (Changes to Terms, Operating Policies, Privacy Policy, etc. Related to Services)

  1. When changing terms, operating policies, privacy policy, etc. related to services, changes will be announced on the site to inform you. The "Company" will notify users of changes 7 days in advance when changing terms, privacy policy, etc.
